100 Years of Tradition

Built over a century ago with local stone from Avdira, our home combines authentic Thracian architecture with modern comfort. Thick stone walls keep it naturally cool in summer and cozy all year round.

Handmade Olive Oil Soaps
The soaps in your bathroom are 100% handcrafted by our family using pure olive oil from our own trees in Avdira.

1 Parking: Park safely right in front of the stone wall.
2 Keybox Location: Located right next to the main wooden entrance door.

Hot Water: Available 24/7. If needed, the water heater switch is on the main electrical panel (heat for 20 mins).
Air Conditioning: Please keep windows closed while A/C is running and turn it off when leaving the house.
Trash Bins: Public municipal bins are located 50m down the road from the house entrance.

  • Check-in: After 15:00
  • Check-out: Before 11:00
  • No smoking inside
  • Quiet hours: 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00
